At the gates of the city of Milan, in Peschiera Borromeo we have created this permaculture garden. Developing on 2 hectares of organic land

It has been cultivated with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables at km 0. Wet from

water of the Martesana canal, once plowed and trapped to create the pallets made, no other machine entered the land. With straw as mulch, ally against weeds and all worked by hand.
